This notice describes how Card Bazar handles information when you visit the website, create an account, use the community, or buy from our store.

Information used by the service
What we receive depends on the features you use:
- Account and profile details, such as your email, username, display name, phone number, profile image, preferences, and authentication records.
- Order items, quantities, prices, delivery-address copies, recipient and contact details, payment references and status, delivery records, and support or dispute information.
- Posts, comments, messages, reactions, bookmarks, reports, and images or documents you choose to upload, including evidence you send privately for support.
- Technical information used to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses, device/browser details, request and error logs, and notification subscription information when enabled.
Why we use it
We use this information to run accounts, show the store and community, process and deliver orders, confirm payment status, remember preferences, provide requested notifications, answer support requests, and investigate abuse, fraud, or technical problems.
Public and private information
Your public profile and content posted in public community areas may be visible to other people. Choose what you share carefully; others may copy information you make public.
Account contact details, order addresses, payment references, and private uploads are not intended for public display. Access controls restrict non-public records to the relevant users and authorized operational access. Private messages are intended for their participants; reported information may be reviewed for support or safety.
Services that help operate Card Bazar
We use service providers to operate the website and complete requested transactions:
These providers may process information outside Iraq. When you open an external checkout, email, or WhatsApp service, that provider also handles information under its own policies.
- Supabase provides account authentication, application data storage, and uploaded-file storage.
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website and processes technical requests and operational logs.
- Wayl and the selected payment-method provider handle online checkout. Order references, amounts, and payment status are exchanged to create and confirm a payment. Enter sensitive payment details only on the provider's checkout.
- Delivery partners receive the recipient, address, contact, and shipment details needed to deliver an order.
- A configured email provider, including Resend when connected, handles account emails. If you contact support by email or WhatsApp, those services process the messages you send.
Cookies and device storage
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, saved language and other preferences, cart or interface state, and cached website resources. Clearing them may sign you out or reset local preferences. You can manage notification permission in your browser or device settings.
Records and retention
Retention depends on the purpose of the record. Account, order, payment, support, and security records may be needed for ongoing service, transaction reconciliation, disputes, or legal obligations. Deleting a profile or post does not necessarily remove related transaction records, logs, or backup copies immediately. Contact support about a specific record.
Your choices and requests
You can edit the information and preferences supported in your profile. For access, correction, deletion, or account-closure requests, use the contact options on the Help and Support page and describe what you need.
We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. We will explain if an order, unresolved issue, or required record limits what can be changed or deleted. Do not send passwords or payment codes to prove your identity.
