Terms of Use
These terms explain how to use Card Bazar and purchase items from the Card Bazar store.

Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for your account, profile information, and activity performed through your authenticated session.
- Provide accurate account, contact, and delivery information where required.
- Protect your password and device, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
- Use the service only when you can lawfully enter the relevant transaction; a guardian must supervise minors where required.
Buying from Card Bazar
Items offered for purchase are sold by Card Bazar. Review the exact printing, language, edition, condition, quantity, photos, and IQD price before ordering.
- Ask support before paying if an item's description or authenticity is unclear.
- A catalog image may identify a card; review the listing's photos and condition description for the item being offered.
- Stock is checked by the server. An item in your cart is not a completed purchase, and unavailable quantities cannot be ordered.
Online payment and order totals
Online checkout is handled through Wayl and its supported payment methods. Review the merchandise amount, delivery charge, payment service fee, currency, and final total shown before continuing to the provider's checkout.
- An order is paid only after payment is confirmed by the server. A redirect or screenshot alone is not proof of successful payment.
- Enter payment credentials only on the payment provider's checkout. Never send staff your card PIN, banking password, or one-time payment code.
- Keep your order ID and payment reference. If payment is pending or money was deducted without an order confirmation, check the order or contact support before trying to pay again.
Delivery and saved addresses
The delivery charge is shown before payment. Delivery arrangements and any estimate depend on your location and the order; ask support if a detail is unclear before paying.
Select the correct saved address at checkout. The order keeps a copy of that address; later profile edits do not change it. Contact support promptly to request a correction, which may not be possible after dispatch.
Cancellations, returns, and order problems
Contact support with your order ID to request a cancellation or report a wrong, missing, or damaged item. Keep the packaging and relevant photos. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Support reviews the order and payment state and explains the available next steps, including any agreed return or refund. A request does not itself cancel an order or send a refund. These terms do not remove rights that apply under applicable law.
Community and messaging
Community posts, replies, reactions, and private messages must be lawful, relevant, and respectful.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or target another user.
- Do not publish private contact, payment, identity, or address information without permission.
- Post only content and images you are allowed to use, and respect intellectual-property rights.
Moderation and enforcement
Card Bazar may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, pause transactions, warn users, restrict roles, or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform. Serious fraud or safety concerns may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Service availability and changes
Features may be changed, paused, or unavailable during maintenance. Check the current order status and contact support about interrupted checkout; do not assume an interrupted page means no payment was received.

The Privacy Notice explains the account, order, address, payment-reference, and community information used to operate Card Bazar and how to request help with your data.
Questions and support
Use the Help and Support page for order, account, or policy questions. Include the relevant order ID or record link, but never publish passwords, banking credentials, or private address information.
